Sew a Hexagon Lap Quilt

Create a beautiful 27½-inch hexagon lap quilt featuring a stunning hexagram star design at the center! In this hands-on sewing class with Instructor Jasmine Demos, you’ll learn how to piece the hexagon shapes together and create a unique quilt with plenty of personality. Several fabric options will be available so you can choose colors and patterns that suit your style. This is a machine-sewing project, perfect for those with some basic sewing experience. Bring your own sewing machine, or use our sewing machine to share during class. Come sew, create, and leave with a beautiful handmade quilt top to enjoy or gift! Class takes place on Thursday, October 8 at 10am to Noon at 601 Georgian Place, Somerset. The cost is $50 nonmembers/$40 members plus a $10 materials fee.
