Join me for a lively outdoor concert at the band stage in Carpenter Recreation Area on Wednesday, July 22nd at 6:15 PM. I will get there early to save a spot for us to sit. The band called Seven Rings will be playing Irish Pub Songs, tunes and Ballads. Bring your picnic dinner or snack and a blanket or lawn chair. We will sit in a grassy area and you may want to consider sun screen, bug spray and a hat. Note: There is a park admission fee for both in state and out of state vehicles. They accept Delaware State Park passes . Try to carpool if you can. For weather updates call (302)368-6560 or visit the park’s Facebook page. The Friends of WCCSP will be there with a 50/50 fundraiser, food truck, and beer garden.
