Opening Reception: May 15, 5 – 8 PM | On View May 15 – Aug 2 Celebrate the opening of Set the Table: The Art of Nourishment at the Dairy Arts Center with an evening of art, food, and community. Spanning all gallery spaces, the exhibition explores the table as a powerful site of connection—where food, culture, and environment intersect, and where relationships to land, labor, and one another take shape. Grounded in Colorado’s agricultural landscape and shaped by global perspectives, Set the Table considers nourishment as more than sustenance—revealing it as a force of memory, ritual, creativity, and care. Enjoy food, music, and the opportunity to connect with exhibiting artists throughout the evening. In collaboration with MAD Agriculture, the event will also feature information and materials highlighting their work in regenerative agriculture, inviting deeper engagement with the ideas at the heart of the exhibition.
