Sermon Round Table

Interested in the art and craft of preaching? Starting on April 26, Rev. Joe Williams will lead a twelve-week program called the Sermon Roundtable (Sundays at 1 pm in The Commons). This program leans into preaching as a communal act, training lay people in biblical exegesis, sermon craft, and giving constructive feedback. After eight weeks of learning, the group takes four weeks to implement what they have learned, providing feedback to the preacher of last Sunday’s sermon and discussing the readings for the next Sunday.
