Serenity Sundays Every Sunday @ 5:00-7:00 pm Plus … 4:30 Optional early meditation 5:00 MEDITATION & MORE 7:00 Monthly vegetarian potluck dinner (Usually last Sunday of the month - check calendar for dates : https://www.awakeningheart.org/dwe.htm#AHS Founded by Brother ChiSing, this Interfaith Buddhist Meditation Community (inspired by the teachings and practices of Thich Nhat Hanh and other great spiritual teachers) is our largest main meditation gathering of the week (30-40 persons) with walking and sitting meditations, kirtan chanting & music, inspiring messages, and community sharing (open to all levels of meditation experience, both beginners and more experienced meditators). ☺ beginner-friendly, inclusive and diverse! By donation: $10-$25 suggested.
