This program is designed for children ages 3-11 who are functioning at a preschool to early elementary developmental level. Register beginning September 21. Thank you to our sponsors, Attorney Bart Sayet and Ms. Lori Lindfors. Otis Library is designed to accommodate people of all abilities.
