Mark your calendars now. You will experience the offerings of four different practitioners throughout the series. Each of the meditations in this Self-Care Series include crystal singing bowls as well as other gentle and soothing sound therapy. Sessions may include light yogic warmups that are gentle and appropriate for all ages and abilities.
