This is a 2-day workshop: Saturday, October 3 from 9am – 4pm Sunday, October 4 from 9am – 4pm $285 members / $315 nonmembers $60 materials fee payable to TACS Unleash your inner blacksmith and master the art of the scroll! Join regional metal artist Tony Fenn for Let’s Make Scrolls, a hands-on blacksmithing workshop at Tryon Arts & Crafts School. Scrollwork is one of the most fundamental and versatile elements in blacksmithing—adding elegance, strength, and character to everything from gates and brackets to functional home decor. In this class, Tony will guide you through the core techniques needed to draw, shape, and forge clean, symmetrical scrolls.
