Scriptshop – June

Location: Nov•el 643 Congress St, Portland, ME 04101 ScriptShop will meet for their monthly event on Wednesday, June 17 at 7:00 pm, at our new location, Novel. Actors, Directors, Dramaturgs, and audience members welcome! Bring your new work and draft plays; they are meant to be read, so don’t leave them on your hard drive. Hear your words read aloud by the group and discuss them each month! Join Liz Carlson, Artistic Director of the Maine Playwrights Festival, and Todd Brian Backus, Literary Manager of Portland Stage for ScriptShop, a monthly meetup for playwrights, dramaturgs, and directors to share up to 10 pages of the latest play you’re working on.Playwrights: Follow the link below to upload your 10 pages, and we’ll do the rest.
