The Supportive Community Outreach, Programs and Engagement Team is here to help you find services, provide assistance, and cover short-term emergency financial needs. SCOPE works to strengthen communities by connecting people to essential services and resources. Their programs address several needs, including: Housing Shelter Transportation Services Disabilities Services Veterans’ services Food Assistance Employment assistance Emergency Financial Assistance Registration not required.
