Science of the Swing

Golf enthusiasts are invited to explore the science behind one of the game’s most essential movements—the swing—during NIU STEAM Cafe’s “Science of the Swing,” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, at the White Pines Golf Club 37 Bar & Grill. The program brings together the practical expertise of White Pines PGA professionals and the innovative research of Northern Illinois University faculty for an engaging and educational evening. This unique collaboration will shed light on the biomechanical principles that drive power, precision and consistency in every swing. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the science of movement and leave with insights to elevate their game—even if their swing is still a work in progress.
