Join the Science & Discovery Center for a hands-on engineering adventure! Participants will start by creating a simple catapult to explore how force, motion, and design work together, then use what they learn to build a more advanced launching machine. After constructing both launchers, they’ll experiment with launching a variety of objects to discover how size, weight, and design affect performance. Who knew learning could be so fun? This is for young scientists 6 to 11 years of age Spaces are limited, so registration is required. The sign up form will open below at 9 AM on Monday September 28.
