Scandinavian Everyday Workshop with Nichole Accettola

Join chef and cookbook author Nichole Accettola for an afternoon of hands-on cooking and baking with recipes from her newest cookbook, Scandinavian Everyday: Vibrant, Simple Meals from Northern Europe. As a group, the class will tackle several recipes highlighting the best of Minnesota’s local produce and products before sharing a light meal. Guests might also be interested in staying for an evening book talk with Nichole to hear more about her cooking and writing journey. Additional information: This is a hands-on workshop and includes a light meal. Note that this menu includes gluten and dairy among other allergens, so please reach out if you have questions about dietary accommodations. Coffee and tea are provided; additional beverages are available for purchase prior to class. Books are available for purchase from the ASI Museum Store. Advanced registration required.
