As the vineyard begins to glow with the colors of autumn, join us for an enchanting Harvest Dinner at Rustic Roots Winery, an evening where exceptional food, handcrafted wine, and the beauty of the season come together beneath the open sky. Your experience begins with check-in starting at 5:30 PM, followed by a leisurely cocktail hour from 6:00–6:30 PM in the pergola. Sip a curated selection of Rustic Roots wines while enjoying passed hors d’oeuvres as golden hour settles over the vines. At 6:30 PM, we’ll invite you to your table nestled among the vineyard rows for an intimate dinner surrounded by the sights, scents, and peaceful beauty of harvest season. Savor a thoughtfully prepared meal featuring maple Dijon–glazed pork loin and Tuscan cream chicken in a velvety sauce of sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and garlic. Seasonal accompaniments include oven-roasted herb potatoes, a layered harvest bake of sweet potato, butternut squash, and carrot with feta, toasted walnuts, and a cranberry-honey glaze, fresh mixed greens with lemon balsamic vinaigrette, and warm French dinner rolls with herb-seasoned butter. The evening concludes with warm homemade apple crisp—the perfect ending to a memorable meal.
