Join the Nashville Nerd Herd for a relaxing spa hour at Lolu: a beautiful sauna and cold plunge studio in East Nashville! A guided class focused on harmonizing the natural rhythms of your nervous system. Through measured, rhythmic breathing and contrast between the sauna and cold plunge, we explore the dance between activation and restoration - finding your unique equilibrium between effort and ease. This practice teaches you how to shift between energized and calm states with awareness and control. There will be time to connect with others at the end of class.
