Saturday Sanctuary: Yoga with Annie (Zoom option)

Saturday yoga with Annie (Zoom option will be posted in the comments here if the sanctuary closes due to weather, or if you know you will need Zoom, just message me!) 10 am Gentle yoga: A centering, quiet, sweet return to the body and to being fully present. This practice varies from the gentlest of floor practices to slow flow, often with a touch of tai qi or qigong. The practice really is defined by who shows up and what you ask for, so please let me know if you have something to unwind or puzzle out! We're located in the sanctuary at Unity of Bon Air. It's an amazing spot that looks out on a meditation forest, and the forest is a lovely place to walk before or after your practice. Please pay as you are able to support your yoga practice and your space. I recognize that the economy is doing a thing right now, and, well, we all can benefit from yoga, especially when things feel heavy or complicated. I've decided to try offering yoga on a sliding scale $5-20+ going forward. If you have abundance, please choose toward the high end to keep things in balance. All are welcome! Worktrade is also available, talk with me about helping with set up! To find yoga: the sanctuary doors are at the back of the building. Follow the wide path to the left of the building, almost all the way back to the meditation garden. The sanctuary doors are the last two doors on the right. I'm usually in the space by 9:30 for set-up and some kind of meditation, and you are welcome to join me!
