Saturday Night Séance

A séance is a gathering or session conducted to communicate with spirits. It often involves individuals attempting to contact deceased friends, family members, spirit guides, and guardian angels. "Séance" is derived from the French word for "session." Séances have been part of spiritual and occult practices for centuries and are commonly associated with the spiritualist movement, which gained popularity in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Typically, a séance involves a group of people, often led by a spiritualist medium who serves as a messenger to the spirit world. The atmosphere is usually quiet and focused, intended to create a conducive environment for spirit communication.
