Saturday Morning Meditation

We gather together to practice relating to ourselves & each other with mindfulness & compassion. You are welcome here, no matter your background or level of experience. **What a typical morning looks like** * 20–30 minute meditation * short reflection or reading * group discussion (you can pass) * Maybe hang out **When & Where** * Every other Saturday at 9:00 AM * Couturie Forest (meet at [the main entrance](https://maps.app.goo.gl/SuaTCx1nQFjrMcnK7?g_st=ic)) Dress for the weather, and if you have questions, feel free to reach out.
