Read more in the group notes, we're just getting started! Whether you're looking for community or just an add to your practice, we'll be here once a week for you, what you bring will be amazing. Load your favorite meditation, bring your ear buds, and just like the retreat outdoor meditations, it will be mystical! Rio Rancho Arroyo de Deportes Park has a beautiful setting and an easy half mile track that is 1/3 tree covered. Just a mile east of the 528 on HIgh Resort, We meet at the picnic tables next to it to kick off what I know will be incredible experiences. Group settings bring accountability and higher vibes to your practice, and with community is great expansion of Loving-Kindness and Joy.
