Calling all gravel grinders! Mountain bike amid some of the most spectacularly unusual countryside in the world at the Salty Lizard races. Anyone who loves grinding gravel will rave over Salty Lizard’s routes. Little Lizzie is 35.9 miles and 92 percent gravel with 1,565 feet of elevation gain, while Lickety Split is 73 miles, 96 percent gravel, and 2,559 feet of elevation gain. Last but certainly not least, El Lagarto is 97.4 miles and 95 percent gravel with a whopping 3,571 feet of elevation gain. After all the riders cross the finish line, there will be awards and a raffle.
