Salsa, Level I, with Salsaville Dance Studios

Salsa, Level 1, “Intro to Salsa” This class will be taught at the introductory level. No previous dance experience at all is required! This is a four-week course, which runs on four consecutive Tuesdays. Feel free to join in on the second week, and if you have danced a little bit before, you can join in on any week! We will explain all of the basic and important elements of salsa dancing. After this class you will be prepared to go out and have fun dancing in the salsa nightclubs of Boulder and Denver. We will cover: Intro to the Music Getting a feel for leading and following and staying with the music Basic Steps: Mambo and others Right Turns for the man and the woman Cross Body Lead Head combs Combinations using all of the above Price for the whole month is $60 ($110 for a couple), or $20 ($35 for a couple) drop-in for the evening.
