Salsa Dance Classes for the Adult Beginner in OC

Salsa Dancing is fun, energetic, inclusive and helps with social skills, confidence and literally changes lives. Many students have made lifelong friendships and partnerships through dance classes. You will learn how to communicate with whomever you meet in salsa social settings. I will lay the foundation for salsa, using fundamental footwork, turns, and lead/follow partnering techniques. Don't go to some bar/dance club and try to learn in a large group class. Get a more personal instruction in a small class size to become a great dancer with proper techniques. This class will prepare you for a fun night at the club! Hi, I am Andre Castillo & I am the dance Instructor. I have been dancing since 2004. I am a Multi Champion Competitional Dancer and I have 1st Place in Salsa & Hustle competitions and placed at top 2 & 3 in the UCWDC Worlds Championships multiple times. Please allow me to share my love of dancing & guide you to be a better dancer. I have been teaching at the Avant Garde Ballroom since November of 2014. Has your doctor recommended you do more exercise? Here is a great way to get it! Dancing stimulates both your body & mind. Dancing as exercise, promotes good physical & mental health, helps obtain and maintain desirable weight and can lower blood sugar & high blood pressure.
