Hey friends, Pride Salsa presents Beginner Salsa Dance classes for Queer Folx and Allies by Queer folx and Allies!! We are straight friendly ;) When? Where? Sunday 6:30-8pm at Houghton Hall Arts Community in NoMad, Manhattan. What? Drop-in classes on Salsa On2 Fundamentals: great for absolute beginners, folks looking for a refresher course and experienced Salsa On1 dancers wanting to transition into NY Salsa On2. 6:30-6:45pm - Sign in 6:45-7:20pm - Rhythm drill and footwork 7:20-8:00pm - Partner work 8pm onwards - Socializing at a nearby bar for drinks and food Who? Your instructor will be Vimal (he/him), or Aubrie (she/her), or Elie (he/him). They have extensive knowledge and passion for Salsa dance with a lot of experience in performing, competing, teaching and social dancing. How? Fee is $20.
