October 1st is Sake Day — the official start of the sake brewing year in Japan. And every year on the day itself, Sake Revolution, America’s first sake podcast, keeps its favorite tradition: recording a live episode in front of an audience at the Brooklyn Kura Taproom. The kanpai is mandatory… but fun will be inevitable. We couldn’t be more excited about this year’s guest: Austin Power (yes, that’s his real name), New York’s most seriously silly sake sommelier and the man behind Accidental Bar, downtown’s beloved neighborhood sake joint on Avenue C.
