Join Out of the Abyss - Suicide Support and Recovery Group for a therapeutic and engaging meetup on the Second and Fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 PM. This group is designed to help members explore their suicidal thoughts and distressing experiences, practice mindfulness and healing through artistic expression. Participants will engage in dynamic conversations, receive peer support, and connect to resources that promote mental health recovery. Whether you are someone looking to connect with others with similar experiences or looking for stress relief techniques, this group offers a safe space for individuals to come together in community. Don't miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of self-improvement and healing. Out of the Abyss Support Groups are for adults ages 18 and older.
