Courtyard. Take a break from your day to pause, breathe, and reset. Join Sacred Rhythmz in the library courtyard for an accessible sound meditation session. Using the gentle tones of singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, this experience offers a quiet space to reduce stress and enjoy a moment of mindfulness. Open to Everyone: Bring your friends, family, and kids—all ages are welcome to join. No Experience Required: No prior meditation background is necessary. Just stop by, take a seat, and listen. This free event will take place in the 1st floor Courtyard.
