Rust NYC: The Open Source Special

A new kind of event for us here at Rust NYC. If you're interested in either **finding contributors for your open source project** OR **finding a new Rust open source project to work on** then this event is for you. This smaller, more intimate event will work in a completely different way, think of it as speed dating for open source projects. When you sign up you'll be asked if you're either keen to be a contributor, or if you have your own project. At the start of the night we'll pick 10 of the open source projects at random. You will have the opportunity to spend 10 minutes showing off your open source project and garnering support for the idea. From here, there will then be a separate space where people can link up with you so you can start collaborating on your project. The goal of the night is simple: get more people to do more cool stuff with Rust. The criteria to be able to pitch your open source are as follows: 1. It is open source, anyone interested can get involved. 2. You're happy to talk about it. A huge thanks to our new partner **OneChronos** who will be hosting the event in their office.
