About this event
Step into the lush, Old Havana–inspired atmosphere of The Canal Club at The Scott Resort & Spa for Rum Society, a monthly tasting series that celebrates the spirit once known for fueling a revolution. This edition of Rum Society highlights Ron Zacapa , inviting you to explore its origins, craft, and island influence. Guided by a visiting brand representative, guests will move through three curated tastings, each one revealing a different expression shaped by time, climate, and tradition. A signature cocktail and a selection of small indulgences round out the evening, designed to complement the richness and rhythm of the pour. Unhurried and transportive, Rum Society is a chance to drift a little, where each sip brings you closer to the source. Also enjoy 50% off at The Canal Club for the remainder of your evening — an open invitation to linger a little longer.
