About the Instructor Whitney is a recent graduate of the 200-hour Teacher Training at Practice Yoga Austin, where her studies centered on accessibility and creating welcoming spaces for all bodies. Grounded in Patanjali’s Eight Limbs and a current mentorship focused on the nervous system dynamics of a yoga classroom, her teaching is rooted in the belief that movement can be a gentle doorway into self-compassion. Whitney’s hope is to offer a safe, tender container for anyone exploring the opportunity to meet themselves with a little more grace. An avid indoor plant lover, she is especially thrilled to bring this practice to the beautiful grounds of Zilker Botanical Gardens.
