Rock Rookies demo day - October 3 We’re celebrating the 11th annual Kids Music Day on Saturday, October 3rd by hosting a Rock Rookies Demo Day! Students participating in this event will get to check out the school in action and join in on the fun for free! This is the perfect start for kids ages 7 and 8 years old. Demo Day is a great chance for new students to experience what School of Rock is all about, meet our instructors, check out the school, and see what playing music with a group is like. Come celebrate Kids Music Day with us and see where your music journey could take you! When: Saturday, October 3rd | 10:15 - 11:15 am Location: School of Rock Strongsville (16888 Pearl Rd #4, Strongsville, OH 44136) No experience is required, and this is a FREE class! RSVP is required. Rock Rookies is our music program where students learn about various rock instruments (guitar, drums, bass, keyboards, and vocals), ear training, song structuring, and rhythmic patterns within a group setting. A typical Rookies class consists of an hour of group jams, focused skill practice, and musical games. Most kids are still discovering their instrument preference at this stage, and we provide the perfect environment to explore different options. This saves Mom and Dad from making pre-emptive gear purchases and prepares the child for their School of Rock journey.
