About this event
Sue Matthews and Robert Redd have been bringing their ‘Songbook Series’ shows to 49West in Annapolis, for over 10 years. They finally decided to get some of their favorites, recorded. Although not pressed yet, the cd will be filled with standards from our Great American Songbook,ie: Skylark, P.S. I Love You, Over the Rainbow, As Long As I Live, our evening will be rounded out with many others from this wonderful era of songwriting. As per with all of their ‘Songbook Series’ concerts, Sue and Robert will share stories of the performing artists, composers and lyricists of this golden time, throughout the evening.
