NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental health challenges; this is a safe space to share, listen, and grow together. Led by trained facilitators who have walked similar paths, our group offers understanding, encouragement, and real-life insight from others who truly get it.
