West Osceola Library. The Osceola School District's Special Programs Department is bringing their READ Bus, a renovated yellow school bus with an interior that resembles a mini pre-k classroom, to Osceola Library System's branches. The READ Bus is equipped with resources to engage parents and families of pre-school age children and toddlers in activities to develop early literacy skills under the guidance of trained parent liaisons.
