Come out and have a great time at Rhythms & The Summer Breeze Picnic Pop-Up In The Park. For the love of community and our local musicians, this communal picnic will take place at the historic Archie Spigner Park *(formerly known as St. Albans Park)* where many of our beloved legendary Jazz artists once called their home. Bring your blankets and food-filled baskets and come be a part of a positive atmosphere for grooving and relaxation in the heart of Southeast Queens. The smooth sounds from Saxophonist Carl Bartlett, Jr. in a live 2-hour performance between 3:00pm - 5:00pm will have you vibing in the park. It will be a day of Caribbean rhythms paired with the soothing sounds of the saxophone, transcending you to a happy place. Whether you decide to play a game of the life-size version of Connect Four or just lay out on the lawn with your picnic basket while listening to music, this event will uplift your spirit.
