What if your body doesn’t need more suppression… but safe expression? What if the tension, frustration, grief, anger, overwhelm, numbness, or pressure you’ve been carrying was never meant to stay trapped inside your body? Rhythm & Regulation is an immersive somatic breathwork, movement, and ecstatic-expression experience designed to help you move, breathe, express, release, and reconnect through the body.
