(6) Mondays: September 14, 21, 28 & October 5, 12, 19 from 6:30pm-7:30pm Join Alice Weiser for an hour of restorative yoga, the “yoga of stillness”. Enjoy passive stretches supported by yoga props. The result is deep relaxation and release! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, (2) blocks and a bolster.
