We come together, lie down, look at the sky, breathe, talk, meet each other, and simply practice being together without needing to produce anything. It’s part rest practice, part community gathering, part permission slip to do less. The heart of it is simple: you don’t have to wait until you’re completely depleted to rest. You can build a relationship with rest while you’re still living your very full, complicated, beautiful life. It’s for anyone who feels called to slow down, deepen their relationship with rest, or just wants to spend an afternoon in New Orleans lying around with good people and looking at the sky. 🌿
