Reiki & Restore

Many of you know I run a local wellness studio here in Etna, and I’m excited to invite our Meetup group into a small-group Reiki & Restore evening at my home studio. We’ll move through gentle, fully supported restorative postures while you receive individualized Reiki support to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. This is not a workout. This is not a lecture. This is intentional rest. *** ### What to Expect • Cozy, fully supported restorative postures • Gentle breath guidance • Individual Reiki support while you rest • A quiet, intimate environment (maximum 4 participants) • Time to transition slowly before heading home No yoga or Reiki experience needed. Everything is beginner-friendly. *** ### Details 📍 Etna, PA (exact address shared after registration) 🗓 Thursday, April 9 ⏰ 630pm - 745pm 💵 $28 (includes processing fees) 👥 Limited to 4 participants Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve your spot.
