About this event

Regulation Bracelet Workshop + Sound Bath by Return & Rise Join Return & Rise for an intentional evening combining hands-on jewelry making with the restorative experience of sound. During the Regulation Bracelet Workshop, you’ll create your own bracelet using a selection of gemstones chosen for their different energetic and grounding qualities. You’ll select the stones that resonate with you, build your bracelet around your own intention, and learn about the meanings, chakra associations, and affirmations connected with the stones you choose. Once your bracelet is complete, we’ll transition into a sound bath, giving you an opportunity to rest, receive, and connect more deeply with the intention you’ve created. Your bracelet becomes a tangible reminder of the experience, a piece you can return to in everyday life as a grounding and regulation tool. No jewelry-making experience is needed! All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your completed regulation bracelet and information about the stones you selected. Bio: Sam is the creator of Return & Rise, offering intentional jewelry, creative workshops, and sound-centered experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and carry those intentions into everyday life. 🌿 About The Karma House The Karma House isn’t your average bar — we’re an alcohol-free kava bar and community hub in Lakewood, CO.
