Let's go to Region in downtown Barrington. Region is chef/owner Dave Perlick's highly lauded flagship restaurant in Barrington, where he has crafted the menu around a passion for fine food and fine people. Flavors are regionally and seasonally inspired. The menu looks amazing and they have a very extensive wine list.
