In this class, you’ll learn how your intuition actually speaks to you and how to tell the difference between true knowing and overthinking. Through simple teaching and fun, interactive practice, you’ll start recognizing your body’s signals and trusting what you feel in real time. This is about building confidence in your intuition—not being perfect.
