This Friday evening, join us for our **Sound of Soul event** which includes chanting the sacred sound of HU, followed by the spiritual discussion, **“Developing a Powerful Spiritual Practice.”** **Please Note**: This event is in a temporary location until we have moved into our new ECK Center. **Don’t miss your opportunity to:** • Connect with other spiritually minded people • Have a solid moment to focus your attention on spirituality no matter what background you come from • Feel lighter, laugh, and surprise yourself! • Unearth spiritual insights into what’s going on in your everyday life **What’s happening this Friday** **6:15 pm–6:50 pm Sound of Soul Event** You are invited to join others in chanting *HU,* an ancient mantra, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, ideas, and questions. **7:00 pm–8:15 pm: Spiritual Discussion: “Developing a Powerful Spiritual Practice”** Join us for this compelling spiritual discussion. We will explore how cultivating an intentional spiritual foundation provides the unwavering clarity and inner peace needed to navigate high-stakes environments and life's unexpected transitions. Let’s discuss what are the elements or steps we can take to create and sustain that spiritual foundation and the practice to sustain it. **8:15 pm–9:30 pm: Fellowship** Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, and laugh a lot.
