NP Meeting Room, North Park Branch Library. Join the James River Association for a rain barrel workshop at North Park Library on Thursday, September 24, at 6:00 pm. Participants will learn about the James River Association's River Hero Homes program and how to assemble and install a rain barrel at home during the workshop. There is no fee to attend the workshop. Participants who would like to purchase a 55-gallon rain barrel kit for $50.00 are required to register with the James River Association in advance.
