Learn how harvesting rainwater when it is abundant can provide a supply of free water for your garden during the dry season. Attendees qualify for a $50 rebate for the purchase and installation of a qualifying rain barrel through the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department’s Rain Barrel Rebate Program when they apply online at the WASD website.
