QK Run Club & Park 5K on Saturday Mornings
Meet in the lobby of the QK Hotel at 7 AM. Plenty of free parking available in the Waikiki Shell parking lot on Monsarrat Ave, or the metered parking along Kalakaua Ave is free until 10 am. Run for time, or run for fun! We do a short warm-up together at the Diamond Head side of the Waikiki Shell parking lot. Workout consists of the Park 5K (1.5x around Kapiolani Park) or Le’ahi Loop (~ 4 miles). Everyone runs at their own pace. Lead: Tanner Back Up Lead: Coach Naomi Questions?
