Purrrfect Cat Makeup

Registration is required. This workshop is intended for ages 10+. Join us for a playful cat makeup workshop, where you will master the use of stencils and tinker with whiskers and create a bold cat eye. Keep it simple with lines or dive in for more detail. Practicing with brush techniques, and learning use of adhesive products. About the instructor: Katherine Neal (she/her) is a multi-medium artist with 15 years of costume experience. She has called Central Oregon home since 2005 and has worked on local theatrical productions such as Into the Woods, La Cage Aux Folles, Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Nine, and Cabaret. Katherine loves makeup as a form of temporary, transformative art. She especially enjoys watching actors develop into their characters. But she believes expressive makeup doesn’t only belong on the stage. Much like fashion, makeup can be a way to express who you are in the world.
