Meeting Room. Punch needle is the craft of using a manual tool to produce a field of loops on a fabric surface to create an image. In this workshop, you will learn all about this fun, approachable and beginner-friendly technique. Design your own image or choose one of our templates, pick a color palette from our wide array of yarns, learn to transfer the design to an embroidery hoop and use the punch needle tool to create a colorful and beautiful piece of art to display with pride. Punch needle tools will be available for purchase at the end of class for those who want to continue the crafting journey at home. Materials provided: Our presenter Cle of WonderSpace Workshops will provide everything needed for the class! -Punch needle tool (available for purchase after the class for $20) -Yarn in a wide variety of colors -4” embroidery hoop with monkscloth -Design templates to copy and blank templates for students to design their own. -Pencils, sharpies, fabric markers. -Scissors
