Paint & Punch: A Cathartic Self-Defense and Art Workshop A dynamic workshop blending the fundamentals of striking and self-defense with expressive painting and emotional release. Through guided movement, striking drills, and creative expression on canvas, participants are invited to explore and release emotions ranging from rage and fear to empowerment, grounding, and bliss. This experience offers a safe and supportive space to harness strength, build confidence, and reconnect with the body through motion and art. Participants will learn foundational striking techniques while channeling energy, emotion, and personal expression into painting—transforming movement into creativity. Designed as both a stress release and empowerment experience, this workshop encourages emotional exposure, cathartic release, and connection among peers. No experience in martial arts or painting is necessary—just a willingness to move, express, and create.
