Pride parade and drinks after

Let’s go to the Pride Parade in Northalsted/Boystown! Chicago has one of the biggest Pride parades in the US. The parade actually starts at West Sheridan and Broadway (viewing begins at Grace and Broadway), continues south along Broadway, then Halsted, east along Belmont to Broadway, then south to Diverse, but they recommend Belmont and Broadway as one of the less-crowded areas to watch it. I figure we could meet at Intelligentsia for coffee which is very close to there, and then we will be right at Broadway and Belmont. Then if we decide we want to see the crazier crowds in the more popular area, we can. (Halsted between Belmont and Addison) If anyone has been before and thinks this is a bad meetup spot, please let me know! :) Parade starts at 11 but they recommend getting there early to get a spot. Plus, we will want to meet each other and see who all arrives! And then after the parade, let’s pop in for some cocktails in the area and see where the day drinking takes us, drag show, who knows?! Wear your rainbows, if you have them (us 80s girls know how to rock a rainbow!) This should be fun!
