All are welcome to register for this FREE 22-class series hosted by the McHenry County Department of Health on either Tuesday mornings OR Thursday evenings. Prevent T2 is a proven program to prevent or delay Type 2 Diabetes with guidance and support from a trained lifestyle coach and support from other participants.
